Step by step Start-up Notes:

Step 1: Log-in:

User ID: … -> Password: …. -> Login

Step 2a: (To add New Contacts (one at a time)           

Contact List -> Add New Contacts … -> Save
          Repeat if you need to add more.

Step 2b (To add New Contacts 5 at a time)

Contact List  -> Quick Add … -> Save
          Repeat if you need to add more.

Step 3 (To add New Contact Group)

Contact List -> Contact Group -> New Contact Group … -> OK
        Repeat if you need to add more.

Step 4 (To edit Contacts to Contact Group)

Contact List -> Contact Group ->  ->  -> Update
Repeat if you need to add more.

Step 5 (Add/edit Favorite Message)

Settings ->Favorite Message -> Add New … -> OK
Repeat if you need to add more.

Step 6 (To add/edit  Signature)

Settings -> Signature -> Add New … -> OK.
Repeat if you need to add more.

Step 7 ( To send SMS)

 Send SMS -> From: … ->

To: -> Insert from Address Book -> -All Group- …  
> Insert Contact Now

Send SMS in: English -> select if message in Chinese

Message: ……

Mail Merge: - Choose Field – if need to include recipient’s name fro database

Favorite Message: - Choose Favorite Message – if you want to include messages store previously
Signature: - Choose Signature – (if you want to identify the sender).

Send SMS: Now/Schedule

Email Notification: No/Yes
